Digital Products

All purchases on Practical Guides are for digital products (PDF downloads). Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

When We Offer Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We may offer a refund in the following situations:

• You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error
• You did not receive the download link or cannot access your purchased product after contacting support
• The product was significantly different from what was described on the sales page
